*IMPORTANT* When selecting the lace and bow trim option, unless you specify a certain colour you want in the notes section at checkout, i will assume that you will want these the same colour as the fabric youve chosen! If the has a design, will match the trim colours as close as possible to the design on the fabric!

All corsets (other than the Sarah style) tie with ribbon at the centre back, through nickel eyelets with satin polyester binding. It is boned at the front, side seams, and back using synthetic whale bone as boning. It is also fully bined using a satin polyester binding to frame the full corset.

All corsets are lined with 100% herringbone cotton coutil. This is a stiff yet flexible fabric which helps the structure and longevity of each corset.

*Disclaimer* Most outer fabrics for the corsets are made out of vintage curtains and upholstery. As these are vintage, the fiber composition is sometimes unknown. Please follow the care and wash info below to ensure longevity of corsets.

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to enquire about a return/ refund, in which the customer is responsible for any postage/packaging fees.

Please bear in mind that most fabrics are vintage / deadstock and therefor may have slight imperfections throughout. These imperfections are not included as manufacturing faults and therefor not eligible for returns.

If your return claim is accepted, there will be an option for the item to be repaired and posted back to you.

  • To keep your garment in its original condition, do not wash too often and never in a washing machine. If the corset needs to be cleaned, do so by hand or dry cleaning and allow to dry naturally. Alternatively, use a mild detergent and a towel to spot clean the inner lining to remove sweat, bacteria, dead skin and stains. You may also use a mild fabric spray for this purpose.

Hanging the garment after each wear and wash, in a cool dry place, will allow it to air and will also aid the removal of bacteria, reducing the number of times it requires cleaning. Additionally, it will allow the fibres to mould back into place so that the shape of the corset is retained for longer.

Each corset has a combination of fibres as it is made of vintage textiles (content is therefore not 100% known). To iron, use a cool or regular setting, making sure to use a piece of fabric on top to protect it from the hot iron plate.

If the corset is worn daily, it is advisable to alternate between wearing it onto bare skin and using it with another garment underneath (e.g. a vest, shirt, dress etc). This will extend its life by protecting it from sweat and bacteria.
