Garment Availability and Pricing

All orders placed are subject to approval and fabric availability. In the occasion that your order cannot be fulfilled due to fabric unavailability, you will be notified and will have the choice of choosing another fabric, creating a custom piece instead, or a full refund.

Note that in rare occasions, this may not be evident until reaching your order in the making queue, so you may be notified in the few weeks post order acceptance. This policy is in place for the rare occasion that an issue occurs with the specific fabric you have chosen.

The prices of each product are correct at the time of the live website publication. All products are originally priced in GBP; you are able to convert the currency on the top left hand side of the website. Alternatively, currency conversion should automatically take place at point of sale.

Order Lead time

All orders placed are essentially on a pre-order structure as they are all hand crafted after the order is complete. The only pieces that this does not apply to are the ready to ship pieces, in which please allow up to 2 working days to process the order before postage.

From January 15th 2023: Please expect a minimum of 6-8 weeks lead time in which your order will be cut, sewn and posted.

​

Some orders may arrive sooner depending on the length of the order list in that given time. If there are any issues, i will personally get in touch with you.

Shipping

All Order are shipped using Royal Mail services.

UK orders are shipped with the 1st Class Signed For Royal Mail service, whilst any orders over £300 are shipped with Special Delivery Royal Mail Service.

International orders are also Shipped with the tracked and signed for service with insurance. All prices vary depending on world locations.

​

Due to Brexit and Covid restrictions, delivery times are expected to be slightly longer than usual. Please bear in mind that royal mail don't accept compensation claims until it has surpassed 25 working days of the parcel being in transit.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are only accepted due to manufacturing faults.

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to enquire about a return/ refund, in which the customer is responsible for any postage/packaging fees.

Please bear in mind that all fabrics are vintage / deadlock and therefor may have slight imperfections throughout. These imperfections are not included as manufacturing faults and therefor not eligible for returns.

If your return claim is accepted, there will be an option for the item to be repaired and posted back to you.

International Custom and Tax charges

For any international customers, please be aware of your countries custom, import and tax charges upon arrival of your order. You may be contacted by your countries customs handling team in order to pay these fees.

These fees are dependant on the country receiving the goods and therefor i don't have any control over the fees you may be required to pay.

​

I do not accept responsibility for these charges as the seller and payment will be made by the purchaser of goods.

​

Due to Brexit, these charges are now also subject to countries in Europe too.
